NMK Renewables is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and our business activities, why we collect it, how we use it and the rights available to you.

Information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to give us when you contact us through this website or by email — your name, organisation, email address, the area of support you select, your message and, optionally, your telephone number.

This website does not use analytics software and does not build profiles of visitors. Our hosting provider processes standard technical request information (such as IP address) as part of delivering and securing the website.

How enquiries are transmitted

When you submit the contact form, the details are sent by our website to the transactional email service Resend (Resend, Inc.), which delivers the enquiry as an email to info@nmkrenewables.com. Resend acts as a processor on our behalf and handles the message only for the purpose of delivering it. The email itself is then held in our business email system.

Enquiry details submitted through the form are not saved to a website database. Where the email service or our hosting provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses are relied upon.

Purpose and lawful basis

  • To respond to your enquiry and correspond with you about it.
  • To provide the services or information you have requested.
  • To manage our business relationships and meet legal or regulatory obligations.
  • To maintain the security and correct operation of this website.

We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and operating our business, on the performance of a contract where we are working together, and on legal obligation where applicable. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your enquiry details for unrelated marketing.

Sharing with project partners

Some enquiries relate to projects or programmes that NMK Renewables delivers alongside partners. Where it is necessary to answer your enquiry, we may share the relevant details with the specific NMK project or consortium partner concerned. We do not share enquiry details with partners for marketing purposes or as a general practice.

Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as it is needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and for as long as we are required to keep records by law. Correspondence that no longer serves a purpose is deleted in the course of our normal records housekeeping.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Only cookies strictly necessary for the site to function and remain secure may be set. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure or restriction of processing, to object to processing, and to data portability where applicable. You may also withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, or if you have a concern about how we handle your data, please contact us at info@nmkrenewables.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission in Ireland (dataprotection.ie), our lead supervisory authority, or with the Information Commissioner’s Office in the United Kingdom in relation to our activities there.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Any updates will be published on this page.
